Who/What Are We Looking For? We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade. Our training class will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands-on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training. Our HVAC Install Training Program will start March 10, 2025. Our HVAC Install Helper class will teach candidates how to: * Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications * Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units * Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing * Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes * Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment Qualifications: * Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record * High school diploma (or GED) * Strong decision-making abilities * Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction * Meet all attendance and dependability requirements * Team player * Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older Training: * F.H. The Temp / Contingent Worker role will be an integral part of managing risk for the fixed income operations group on a daily basis. This position will include: - Understands risk implications of fixed income operations role - Ensures all functions and procedures are performed in a timely and correct manner, i.e. trade checkout, position reconciliation, wash account reconciliation - Work with trading desk, sales, and other operations group to ensure trade processing - Cross-training with other team members - Assist on any issues, and provides timely escalation to desk and operations management.
