ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Use hand tools, power sanders, and other equipment to achieve a consistent finish. Assemble cabinets and tables. Assemble cabinets by attaching components such as doors, hinges, shelving, ensure alignment and secure. Perform routine checks on the assembly to meet product specifications and quality standards. Pack finished product to meet applicable packaging requirements for preventing damage in storage and while in transit. Label and organize items for shipment, ensuring proper documentation is included. Assist with general housekeeping duties such as cleaning work areas, maintaining tools, and ensuring the shop floor remains organized. Follow company policies and safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary. Maintain a positive work environment by collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform other tasks or duties related to production as required by supervisors or team leaders.
