Reviews blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures. Studies building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring. Documents service and installation of parts and actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records both in SAWIN mobile and proper forms and processes forms in the manner and time frame required. Services all home warranty companies calls and procedures with minimal assistance. Follows flow charts of proper procedures with minimal assistance. What you need to succeed: 3+ years of experience. Able to work Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with weekend work. Experience with Sawin is a plus.
