Duties and Responsibilities
* Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hard hat, high-visibility apparel, and additional protection as required by the task, e.g., a dust mask during mixing/pump operations.
* Safely perform general labor tasks on commercial construction sites with equipment, power, and standard hand tools.
* Install and maintain fall protection, barricades, and other safety systems.
* Locate materials, supplies, equipment, and tools onsite and utilize them as directed to meet established production and quality goals.
* Walk and work on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, scaffold, and shoring frequently.
* Properly maintain all equipment and tools so that they are in a safe and reliable working condition.

THE ROLE
