Cole will offer on the job training and reimbursement for certification exams. Arrive on time at the Lab Check-in with Lab Manager to go over the day's work. Walk through the Lab to see if everything is in order. Ensure all previous days samples have been demolded, marked, and placed in the curing room under the proper test-date. Check Lab and machine for cleanliness. Clean and discard debris. Use green dust, broom, mops, wet/dry vacuum as needed. Bring out samples which need to be tested for the day; cover with wet burlap. Conduct pre-testing checks on samples as specified by ASTM. Clean Lab equipment and field-testing equipment. Track inventory and advise Supervisor on materials which need to be ordered for the Lab. Schedule carting company to pick up when dumpster is full. Obtain and maintain ACI Field Technician, ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician, ACI Aggregate Testing Technician certificates at all times. Conduct CCRL/ AASHTO LIP/PSP performance samples testing. Cut/ Grind/ Cap samples as required. Use PPE in the Lab. Adhere to company's time and attendance policy, and other company policies.
