Work Performed
* Clean trash from all paved and highly cultivated areas daily.
* Remove trash from campus exterior trashcans daily.
* Daily cleaning of the parking deck.

- Cross-training with other team members
- Assist on any issues, and provides timely escalation to desk and operations management.

What Are We Looking For? We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade. Our training will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands-on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training.
Our HVAC Install Helper training will teach candidates how to:
* Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
* Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
* Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
* Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes
* Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
Qualifications:
* Strong decision-making abilities
* Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
* Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
* Team player
* Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older and have a valid driver's license
Training:
