Key Responsibilities: Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems Support in troubleshooting HVAC equipment and preparing job sites Safely handle tools, materials, and equipment needed for the job Read and interpret wiring diagrams to assist with equipment diagnosis and installation Maintain organized, clean work areas and follow safety protocols Use electronic devices (cellphones, tablets) to track work orders and communicate with the team Load and unload materials, lift up to 75 lbs, and work physically demanding tasks daily Follow direction from senior techs while learning EPS standards and techniques Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in HVAC or a similar mechanical trade preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CFC Universal Certification (Required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required) Physically fit and capable of lifting 50-75 lbs Comfortable using digital tools and smart devices Must bring their own basic industry specific tools.
