• Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability.

• Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.

Job Description
Position:
Under supervision, performs semi-skilled and labor-based line work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of communication cables and infrastructure for the City's fiber network. Work may also include installation of copper wiring, Category 5/6 cable, and emerging wireless and microwave technologies.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists cable splicers with job set up, safety, and materials for splicing cable. Assists line crew with all construction-based projects for underground and overhead cable installations
Digs holes and trenches to accommodate pipework as well as christy boxes, junctions, vaults, and manholes and conduit installation
Assists line crew with assembling and installing poles and cross arms, prepares hardware and tools for line workers
Assists with installation of various types of cables including copper, data, category 5 and 6, and fiber optic.
Work with various types of equipment including bucket trucks, line trucks, pulling packs, and Posi-plus or Hogg-Davis
Work in proximity to other departments infrastructure including confined spaces, vaults, utility holes, and medium and high voltage equipment and cabling
Work Location:
Incumbent will conduct the majority of work at various City Agencies throughout the City of San Francisco as well some remote CCSF facilities outside of the City and County of San Francisco. The incumbents primary reporting and dispatch location will be 200 Paul Ave., San Francisco, CA 94124.
Nature of Work:
Candidate must be willing to work a 40-hour week as determined by the department, including mandatory rotations at Swing Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) and Graveyard Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am). Travel within San Francisco may be required.
Job Appointment Type:
Temporary Exempt (TEX) - Full Time (4 positions) are excluded by the Charter from the competitive civil service examination process. The successful candidate shall serve at the discretion of the appointing officer. This position has an anticipated duration of up to thirty-six (36) months.
Qualifications
Education: Possession of a high school diploma or proof of successful completion of an equivalency test (G.E.D or California High School Proficiency Examination).
Experience: Two (2) years of full time verifiable general electrical and mechanical work experience in maintenance/construction.
License or Certificate
Possession and maintenance of, or the ability to obtain and maintain, a current valid California Class C driver license.
Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge of: basic maintenance, repair, and installation of communications and traffic and street lighting systems, transit power lines, and overhead and underground electrical transmission lines including the use and care of basic hand tools used by an electrical line crew; safe working practices and the correct and safe use of basic tools, equipment, and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Skill in the care and use of basic tools for general laboring and electrical maintenance work (e.g. hand tools, pneumatic tools, pavement breakers, etc.)
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, subordinates, representatives from other divisions and/or departments, and the public;

Reporting to the Business Growth Manager, Corovan Machinery Moving, the Machinery Mover Helper is responsible for performing machinery moving functions as directed by the Lead Machinery Mover and/or Machinery Mover Supervisor for commercial machinery moves.
Assists with a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed. Require loading and unloading trucks from loading dock, using ramps or on lift-gates and using a variety of heavy lift equipment and forklifts. Be required to drive trucks up to Class A, if qualified and approved. May assists the machinery moving process by communicating with Lead Machinery Mover, Machinery Mover Supervisor, account managers, the end users/customer and other crew members. May perform supervisory and leadership functions including general manual labor, loading, unloading, lifting, and moving machines and equipment, as well as non-machinery related items.
Machinery Mover Helper is also responsible for reporting and escalating any related issues about the project to the Business Growth Manager, Lead Machinery Mover, Machinery Mover Supervisor, Corovan Machinery Moving and dispatch. Typically reports to the Lead Machinery Mover, but may be given directions from the Machinery Mover Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Assignments (On-site):
· Checks for start time (for next day's work schedule) with dispatch daily.
· Arrives at Corovan dispatch office (or on-site), in complete uniform every day.
· Obtains daily work assignments from dispatch or Lead Machinery Mover.
· Manages large-sized and complex machinery moving projects to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
· Reads and understands moving plans and identify starting locations, egress paths, staging locations, destination locations, as well as changes.
· Knows and understands road and weight restrictions and surface restrictions to ensure compliance and safety.
· Sets, offsets, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries and moves machinery, equipment and boxes as required.
· Properly loads and unloads trucks using forklifts, cranes or using ramps or on lift-gates to protect goods being moved and supervises others doing the same.
· Completes all paperwork accurately and neatly and turns into operations daily.
· Handles and stages machines, performs detail work, anchoring & leveling and trash-out functions on machinery projects.
Inventory and Maintenance:
· Must be able to identify and inventory all machines and equipment that may be moved or stored.
Customer Relations:
· Maintain excellent customer service with the customers, sales, transportation and operation teams to establish solid relationships.
· Must be punctual at all times. If an emergency arises, inform the dispatcher immediately, so that appropriate coverage can be arranged.
· Must work cooperatively with all members of the crew.
· Must be courteous, helpful, and professional to all existing and potential customers.
Engagement:
· Ensure interactions with crew and customers are professional at all times to promote company's values and expectations.
· Proactively engage employees to promote a positive work environment.
· Must be encouraging and helpful to the crew by treating them with respect and find solutions to their questions, for example, location and work hours.
· Any negative encounter, including discipline, should immediately be diffused to avoid further escalation and resolved off-site or in a private office.
Training:
· May assist with training of employees in compliance with company policy, to include on-the-job training, and provide feedback to Operations team with regards to deficiencies for additional training classes needed.
· Must be familiar with and able to train others using various machinery moving equipment and its proper usage such as dollies, carts, pads, straps, pallet jacks, forklifts, ramps, lift gates, and all specialty equipment including but not limited to roll-a-lifts, Genie lifts safe jacks, J bars, heel bars, gantrys, come-a-long etc., etc.
Safety:
· Performs work with quality, efficiency and safety at all times.
· Trains crews in proper handling and safety techniques.
· Ensure crews are adhering to all safety rules; to include proper safety equipment PPE, drive forklifts safely (seatbelt, slow speeds, ensuring trucks are chocked and using proper plates, etc.).
· Provide daily safety briefings (safety huddles) with crew, at the beginning of each job, to be in compliance with company policy.
· Report all safety concerns immediately to OCMM team.
· Other duties: If also a qualified and approved driver, drives trucks up to and including Class A vehicles. Must follow the procedure and complete the Vehicle Inspection Form if driving company vehicles.
· Follow all security rules for the company and assigned customers.
· Must be respectful of rules at each customer site as to where to work & park, and adhere to meal and rest period locations.
· Must follow all confidentiality rules with regards to any products or services that are visible at the move site.
· Promote Corovan's Mission and Vision Statements, including promoting compliance with company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
COMPETENCIES:
1. ORGANIZATION SKILLS - Organization and project planning skills with ability to juggle multiple assignments and tasks.
2. LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read and interpret documents written in English such as procedures, work instructions, technical documents and timesheets. Must efficiently communicate with customer and coworkers.
3. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to read and correctly interpret the legend on installation drawings and read both standard and metric tape measures.
4. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
5. LEADERSHIP - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
6. OTHER DUTIES:

b. Must be familiar with basic systems machinery and its movement and placement.
c. Must be able to produce detailed inventories of all goods exposed to on machinery moving projects.
d. Preferably be able to accurately estimate any sized machinery move to determine manpower, trucks and equipment necessary to complete the tasks.
e. Must be qualified to do complex machinery moving of heavy and bulky machines in accordance to Cal OSHA standards with regards to pre-inspection of equipment, safe operating practices, material handling and use.
f. Must be familiar with the O&I (Office & Industrial) move process and understand the move labeling.
g. Must complete Mover I & II Level Corovan University training and pass the written tests.
h. Must be able to obtain Rigger certification per NCCCO for Machinery Mover I and maintain certification.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. One (1) to three (3) years' experience in commercial machinery moving preferably in commercial moving industry.
3. Required to pass Corovan's Machinery Moving courses.
4. If driving on behalf of company, a valid driving record that meets the company's insurance carrier's requirements is required.
5. Certified forklift operator license required for the equipment being used.
6. Must maintain NCCCO Machinery Mover I certification.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

3. All Overtime must be approved by manager before working.
4. Must be able to work 7 days a week including holidays.
TRAVEL:
This position requires 35% of time to travel around the local area; percent may increase depending upon customer assignment. This position may be required to support Southern California. A valid CA Driver's License is required for this position.
