The Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member who is a skilled tradesperson in charge of installing, inspecting and repairing pipes and plumbing systems to make sure all of a building's fixtures operate correctly. Their duties include finding the source of leaks and blockages, fixing or replacing broken parts and testing the plumbing system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing, inspecting, and repairing pipes and plumbing systems.
* Finding and correcting the source of leaks and blockages and other plumbing issues.
* Fixing or replacing broken parts.
* Testing the plumbing system.
* Reading and interpreting blueprints.
* Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
* Delegating and directing the activities of outside contractors where needed including setting priorities, performing quality control checks and certifying invoices.
* Completion of electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Lift up to 50 lbs.
* 3+ years' experience in the maintenance field
* Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing faulty parts
