POSITION OVERVIEW
The Shop Helper is an entry-level role designed to provide assistance in various settings, including workshops, factories, and repair shops. Under the guidance and supervision of maintenance manager, plant manager, shop foreman, the helper will learn to operate devices and machinery, maintain inventories, clean and provide general support for the business. RESUMEN DE LA POSICIÓN
El ayudante de tienda es un rol de nivel básico diseñado para brindar asistencia en varios entornos, incluidos talleres, fábricas y talleres de reparación. Bajo la guía y supervisión del gerente de mantenimiento, gerente de planta, capataz de taller, el ayudante aprenderá a operar dispositivos y maquinaria, mantener inventarios, limpiar y brindar apoyo general para el negocio. Este puesto requiere un desempeño laboral que sea consistente con la misión y los valores de la empresa: producir un producto que cumpla con los estándares reconocidos y las expectativas del cliente manteniendo los procedimientos de calidad y seguridad. Este es un puesto sensible a la seguridad que se ha definido como aquel en el que las responsabilidades del empleado afectan la salud y la seguridad de sí mismo, de sus compañeros de trabajo y/o del público (en este caso, el usuario final de nuestro producto). Todos los puestos de producción y de apoyo a la producción entran en esta categoría.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Dispositivos de operación y maquinaria:
Ayudar al personal en el manejo de maquinaria y herramientas.
Contenedores de chatarra vacíos, las virutas van en el contenedor de papas fritas, las gotas van en el contenedor de gotas grande.
Gestión de inventarios:
Monitorear los niveles de inventario de suministros y materiales de limpieza.
Reabastezca el EPP y otros artículos de seguridad.
Reabastecer consumibles y otras necesidades del soldador/fabricante.
Trabajo de jardinería:
Ayude al operador del patio a organizar los kits o el material en el patio.
Limpieza de baños/sala de descanso/oficinas:
Limpie y desinfecte a fondo los baños durante cada turno.
Las tareas incluyen barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo, aspirar y desinfectar superficies.
Asegúrese de que todos los accesorios (lavabos, inodoros, urinarios) estén impecables y libres de suciedad.
Reponga las toallas de papel, el papel higiénico y los dispensadores de jabón.
Lavado y limpieza de ventanas y espejos.
Quitar el polvo de muebles y accesorios.
Soporte general:
Ayudar a los colegas con las tareas que se requieran.
Remoción de nieve según sea necesario.
CALIFICACIONES
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
Buena destreza manual y aptitud para trabajar con herramientas y maquinaria.

REQUISITOS FÍSICOS
