Union Concrete is a longstanding family owned heavy civil contractor with an extensive fleet of construction equipment.
UCC's heavy equipment mechanics repair, maintain and rebuild this extensive fleet. UCC's mechanics all work on a wide range of types of equipment from all different manufacturers. Position is primarily in at UCC's shop in West Seneca, NY but some field work will be required. This is a full-time year round position that includes some mandatory overtime and weekend work.
UCC's heavy equipment mechanics are union with Operators Local #17. UCC pays all its heavy equipment mechanics under the pay and benefit scale of the heavy highway agreement.
Hourly Pay Rate: $43.39
Hourly Benefit Rate: $36.46
Total Hourly Package $79.85
Benefits provided by the union benefit funds include full healthcare, health reimbursement account, two pensions, training and supplemental unemployment
