The Job Coach visits the participant's work site at least 2-3 times a week. The position is designed to provide future head coaches with a rich blend of coaching and administrative experience at a competitive NCAA, Division III private college. Vector Gaming seeks an Apex Legends coach for a client esports training facility. This role can either be full time and in person, or part time and remote. Part time and remote would be a 3-hour commitment per weekday, including 2 hours of live coaching, and 1 hour of review and prep with the director of esports as well the occasional showcase match on weekends. Full time and in person would be responsible for coaching the current APEX roster, while also helping to recruit, develop and place the APEX talent at our client's facility as well as other functions related to managing the esports students at our facility. Candidate should be able to work with players in the top 1000 NA, and have a strong network of collegiate, tier 2 and tier 3 teams to help with player placement once they complete our training program.
