Department: Front Office Shift: Various shifts from 7am-10pm Reports to: Front Office Manager The Front Office Associate plays a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, efficiently and accurately completing sales and service transactions at the cash registers, as well as handling customer issues that may arise on the sales floor and during the check out process.
