Pros of working at Hasbro
The People are smart, work hard, dedicted to their brands. Those brands are interesting and fun to solve problems for.
Cons of working at Hasbro
The culture was at times not what I was looking for. Lots of poor communication, multiple layoffs during my tenure that affected 100's of people each time, and senior management would gloss over the human aspect and talk about how the company was better off.
