Essential Physical Demands:
Hand-eye coordination. Driving a commercial motor vehicle requires the controlled use of multiple limbs on the basis of what a person observes. Federal regulations require drivers to have normal use of their arms and legs.
Hearing ability. Drivers need good hearing. Federal regulations require the ability to hear a forced whisper in one ear at five feet (with or without the use of a hearing aid).

Summary:
Scotty's Contracting and Stone is seeking a highly experienced Heavy Equipment Operator , responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various types of large construction equipment including but not limited to Loaders, Back Hoes, Track Hoes, Haul Trucks and Water Trucks. This position is also responsible for various labor tasks such as lubricating, shoveling, sweeping, steam cleaning, painting, tire maintenance, providing mechanical assistance, and lifting, pushing, pulling, and raking objects. Work will be carried out according to the Foreman's instructions, with minimal supervision unless handling more complex tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Act as lead worker in conducting and performing technical work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic component systems, electronic recording, monitoring or measuring devices, and other electronic equipment and devices.
* Perform duties of technician particularly in more difficult and technical areas.
* Coordinate shop and field repair work to be performed.
* Maintain technical records and reports of maintenance and repairs.
* Conduct tests of electronic equipment to evaluate performance and recommend corrective procedures.
* Provide assistance to technicians in the interpretation and performance of technical problems and procedures.
* Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for technicians.
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: High school graduate.
