* Organizes the testing program, proctors exams, interprets and evaluates test results.
* Attends orientation at Senior High School, College & Career Fair, College Cost Estimator Night and Honors Night, evening parent meetings and other parent information meetings.

* Works with English and Math Departments on ECA testing guideline requirements, schedules, recommendations for remediation and testing groups.
* Works with English and Math Departments on interpreting ECA results and proper student placement and master course selections.
* Works with Ivy Tech on dual credit opportunities, scheduling of classes, scheduling of exams, reporting dual credits and advising students.
* Schedules students in their appropriate classes.
* Works with Community Foundation of Switzerland County on scheduling College
* Cost Estimator workshops with Dave Murray and Associates, scholarship nights, and college visit planning.
* Remains free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance abuse in the workplace throughout his/her employment with the Corporation.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Master of Arts degree in counseling, counselor endorsement.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of teachers, students, administrators, parents, and the general public.

Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory to instructional program; ability to plan and implement lessons based on district and school objectives and the needs and abilities of students to whom assigned.
