The Organizational Development & Effectiveness Partner - Remote will play a key role in advising and supporting BUs/Functions in the (re)design and development of organizational structures, processes, and talent strategies. The role will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to align organizational designs with strategic objectives, improve operational efficiency, and drive overall effectiveness. This role focuses on assessing organizational needs, implementing solutions based on best practices, and facilitating change management processes. This role will report to the Director of Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness.
Your Impact
Organizational Design & Effectiveness:
Lead and manage organizational design projects, including department restructuring, role realignment, and cross-functional team integration.
Use diagnostic tools and models (e.g., STAR Model, McKinsey 7S) to assess the effectiveness of current organization structures and recommend improvements.
Develop frameworks to support organizational scalability and agility in response to changing business needs.
Change Management:
Develop and lead change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of OD&E changes.
Educate and train leaders and employees on organizational changes and supporting resources.
Leadership & Talent Development:
Collaborate with HR& Operations teams to ensure organizational structures align with changing business priorities and talent needs.
Design roles and organizational structures that offer clear career progression and development opportunities.
Partner with HR partners and leadership to ensure development programs align with career opportunities.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data and analytics to diagnose organizational challenges and measure the impact of OD interventions.
Provide insights to senior leadership on the effectiveness of organizational design and development initiatives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with HR colleagues, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure organization design and development initiatives are aligned with broader HR and business strategies.
Partner with key stakeholders across functions to gather input, build consensus, and ensure smooth implementation of org design and effectiveness changes.

Minimum Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 8+ years of related experience.
Proven experience leading organizational design and effectiveness initiatives.
Experience working with senior leadership teams on strategic organizational projects.
Experience leading large-scale change initiatives.
Preferred
Certifications in organizational development, change management, or HR (e.g., Prosci, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus.
Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
* Oversee administrative clinic operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction. Ensure adherence to proper workflows and processes.
* Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals are met and aligned with company objectives.
* Supervise Area Managers responsible for patient access staff, including hiring, training, development, performance evaluations, and timely resolution of issues.

* Supervising/managing experience in a multi-site environment preferred.

* Collaborate with physicians in the evaluation and analysis of a patient's need for prosthetic and/or orthotic services; recommend treatment options to physicians when necessary.
* Examine and evaluate patient needs in relation to disease and functional loss.
* Formulate design of prosthetic and/or orthotic devices.
* Select materials, make cast measurements, model modifications, and layouts, taking into account new techniques and materials.
* Perform fitting, including static and dynamic alignments.
* Evaluate prosthetic and/or orthotic device on patient, adjust to assure fit, function, medical efficacy, and quality of work.
* Instruct patient in use of prosthetic and/or orthotic devices.

The Priority Claims Specialist III - Remote will ensure payment for services provided is accurate, timely and fully documented. Provide efficient cash collection through excellent reimbursement practices while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and established Hanger policies and compliance programs. Responsibilities for the role will include:
Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of DMEOPS CPT and ICD-10 codes.
Utilize the company billing and collections system to identify and resolve any claims that have been unpaid, short paid and/or denied.
Review EOB's and other correspondence from insurance companies for correct reimbursement according to rules and regulations and contract terms.
Follow up with insurance companies by online portal, phone, email and/or fax.
Identify billing errors and submitted corrected claims insurance carriers.
Provide timely and accurate follow up on accounts until they are resolved.
File and follow up on appeals and disputes.
Communicate identified AR issues that may cause payment delays or write offs to management.
Document all findings with clear and concise detail.
Research insurance guidelines and manuals for additional information.
Perform adjustments in the system as needed.
Submit medical records upon request.
Resolves outstanding accounts receivable problems. Respond to and resolve inquiries from customers or external collection resources.
Primary focus is on complex denials and appeals.
Review, monitor and resolve assigned encounters and all assigned reports.
Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management as needed.
Provide timely follow-up on all tasks.
Effective communication with Patient Care Clinics related to collection efforts.
Complete, review, and research any deficiency to ensure that any deficiency is properly addressed and resolved.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum
High school education or equivalent
5+ years of related experience to include at least one of the following areas: Insurance reimbursement, medical policy, payor appeal requirements or patient collection laws.
Experience in a medical office.
Preferred
Associate's degree.
Experience with NextGen and/or OnBase.
Licensed Medicare auditor or Certified Medical Audit Specialist

Examine and evaluate patient needs in relation to disease and functional loss.
Formulate design of prosthetic and/or orthotic devices.
Select materials, make cast measurements, model modifications, and layouts, taking into account new techniques and materials.
Perform fitting, including static and dynamic alignments.
Evaluate prosthetic and/or orthotic device on patient, adjust to assure fit, function, medical efficacy, and quality of work.
Instruct patient in use of prosthetic and/or orthotic devices.
Identify and reconcile issues/problems to ensure patient satisfaction with devices provided.
Provide follow-up with patients and physicians.
Provide in-service training to physicians and allied health care professionals.

Minimum Qualifications
Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from the American Board for Certification (ABC) or the Board of Certification (BOC), or
A baccalaureate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics, or the foreign equivalent, and current ABC Board-Eligibility in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics.
A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
In states where licensure is required, the ability to obtain and maintain state licensure may be required as well.
May be willing to consider candidates who are certified in one discipline who wish see patients in their certified discipline while simultaneously completing residency in the other discipline.
May be willing to consider candidates who are not certified or board-eligible but have at least 5 years of demonstrated past experience in providing prosthetic and/or orthotic services under the supervision of a certified clinician.
