Under the direction of the Director, Lead Field Maintenance will be responsible for maintaining the proper working order of the building's major systems (Plumbing, HVAC, Elevator and all mechanical systems), service requests, and grounds areas as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of providing an effective working/learning environment. Requirements Minimum Qualifications · Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent · Four years of experience that demonstrates journey-level skills in assigned areas (Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Supervision, Mechanical assessments, Blueprints, and ability to make repairs) · Fireguard Certifications (S95, W7, S12, S13, F03) Who You Are · Ability and skill to use manual and power tools for repairs/installations. · Must be able to perform physical activities that require you to lift, push, pull or carry heavy/large objects.
