Your primary responsibility will be to perform work in vacant apartments to make them ready to rent. Responsibilities of Handyman:
Performing all Apartment Turnover preparation to include but limited to the following tasks:
Window repairs, screen replacement, faucet replacement, toilet repairs, vanity replacement, electrical fixture replacement, electrical outlet replacement, electrical switch replacement, caulking, hardware replacement, countertop replacement, cabinet door replacement, appliance replacement, window treatment replacement, air conditioner installation, air conditioner replacement
Update and manage all assigned work orders through assigned mobile app
Perform all other duties related to the proper upkeep and management of the premises
Provide superior leadership to all building service employees under your direction by instilling strong customer service environment of professionalism, recognition, & growth
Collaborate with management to ensure the highest level of safety, security, and services of the property
Responsible for maintaining good resident relations
Notify supervisors of ongoing and pending maintenance and safety issues
Assist with snow removal. You must show up to work as needed to oversee, assist and supervise porters in snow removal.
