    Property Maintenance Laborer – Year-Round Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM (weather and sunlight dependent) Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour (depending on experience) Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in an outdoor setting? You’ll start your day at the main office and head out with the crew to various properties. Work is steady throughout the year, with additional hours available during the busy season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in property maintenance and landscaping while working alongside an experienced, close-knit team. What You’ll Do: Perform general property maintenance and landscaping tasks (mowing, trimming, raking, yard clean-up) Identify and address debris, overgrowth, and potential safety hazards Use hand and power tools such as rakes, trimmers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers Assist with proper disposal and recycling of materials Work safely around water environments, often using a buoyant wet suit and tie-off gear Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule What We’re Looking For: Dependable and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and be taught new skills Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, carry, and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and safety awareness (PPE provided: gloves, ear and eye protection) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the office each morning Additional Details: Year-round, full-time work 40 hours/week, with potential for up to 60 hours during peak season PPE is provided for all team members Opportunities to grow your skills in property management and landscaping If you’re ready to get your hands dirty, learn on the job, and be part of a hardworking crew, we’d love to hear from you!
