1. Assists HAKC in maintaining at least a “standard” performance score under HUD's Assessment system indicators. Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner. Maintains resident satisfaction relating to work assigned.

Carries out the work in a manner that complies with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, and PHA policies and procedures related to: Civil and Disability rights; fair labor standards and practices; procurement of goods and services; rental integrity; OSHA standards; data privacy laws.
