Current CEO likes to be surrounded by "Yes Men" and told what he wants to hear rather than the truth. He (Ken) has caused many talented individuals from both Handy Living and Handy Kenlin to leave.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be said that is favorable about the current leadership team.
How would you improve Handy's culture?
Get current CEO (Ken) to stop trying to force a culture that does not fit the company. He wants to create a "family" environment but he has driven moral so low that it makes employees more upset that they feel forced to participate.
How did you prepare for the Handy interview?
I would not interview there.

Handy actually did pay competitive wages.

What brings you the most joy at Handy?
The most fulfilling time was when Michael Baritz still owned Handy Kenlin. It was demanding but fun and rewarding. The Handy Living side never showed a profit except for during Covid because of the high inventory.
