JOB SUMMARY
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The main focus is to help Sysco customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers' needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
* Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
* Research customer business needs and develops a mix of products and service to meet needs.
* Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals.
* Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
* Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use.
* Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
* Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.
* Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms.
* Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (for example, out of stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.).
* Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.
* Attend and participate in general sales and district meetings.
* Engage in ongoing training sessions.
* Assist with the training of new employees as requested.
* Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special-order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data.
* Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits, and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions, and filing reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship .

Salary Information: The salary range for Gunnison, CO (GUC - Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport) is $47,931 to $59,096 or $22.97 to $28.32 per hour and includes locality pay of 17.06%, and a retention incentive of 5% of adjusted pay that is unique to this duty location.The continuation of the incentive portion of this hourly rate is contingent upon annual approval and funding.
Sign-on Bonus: The Transportation Security Administration is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for this location; paid out in two installments during the first 12 months of service. This Transportation Security Officer position is located in Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Transportation Security Officer (TSOs) within Security Operations (SO), you will provide security and protection of air travelers, airports and aircraft in a courteous and professional manner. Duties may include but are not limited to:
* Operating various screening equipment and technology to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on passengers, and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft.

Qualifications
To qualify for the SV-D pay band (equivalent to the GS-5/6), you must meet one of the qualification requirements (A OR B) outlined below:
A. Experience: At least one year of full-time work experience in the security Industry, aviation screening, or as an X-ray technician.
OR
B. Education: Have a high school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), High School Equivalency Test (HiSET), or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC) high school equivalency certificate.
Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio, i.e., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience. No additional credit is given for overtime.
National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. For example, with the exception of half-inch diameter stud-style earrings, non-protruding ear gauges or spacers that match your skin and do not exceed one half-inch diameter, inconspicuous nose or tongue piercings that match your skin or tongue, body piercings may not be visible to the public. These requirements dictate if you have a tattoo that would be visible beyond the standard TSO uniform in areas such as the head and face including a partial tattoo that extends more than one inch beyond the upper neck or behind the ear, it could potentially render you ineligible for the position unless it was able to be covered at all times and not visible to the general public. Work Schedules for Full-time Positions: Specific work shifts and schedules will be determined by the airport.
* Full-time positions require 40 hours per week;
* Full-time work consists of shift-work on any day from Sunday through Saturday, which may include irregular hours, nights, holidays, overtime, extended shifts and weekend shifts, changing shifts, and split shifts.
* A "split-shift" consists of any two work shifts, each lasting at least two (2) hours in one 24-hour period, with at least two (2) hours between work shifts.

Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the daily operations of the President's Office. This includes supporting Board of Trustees meetings, campus event planning/execution, research and analysis on assigned topics and special project oversight.
Essential Functions: Manage the daily operations of the President's Office. Independently develop solutions to issues, problems, and challenges that occur on a daily basis. Coordinate and/or assist in the planning and execution of major events on campus, including commencement ceremonies, convocations etc. Work with other offices on such matters as necessary.
Analyze, research, and prepare responses to requests for action relating to University policies, answer questions and make decisions when appropriate, provide information and action alternatives to the President for decisions as deemed appropriate. Screen issues to be brought before the President, research related policies or precedents and brief the President prior to scheduled meetings with those concerned.
Organize and prepare major projects, as assigned by the President, including research, analysis, development of drafts or assembly of background materials, as well as monitoring project status using independent thinking and exercising professional judgement.
Manage and supervise sensitive and/or legal/confidential materials related to the functions of the President's Office. This includes reviewing, analyzing and comprehending these matters, dissemination of related materials and coordinating required actions utilizing correct protocol.
Coordinate Senior Cabinet/ Extended Cabinet meetings, provide calendaring assistance and information to other campus departments as requested, maintain agendas and flag action items for recurring meetings.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Requires one-year prior work experience as an administrative assistant, an office assistant, a receptionist, or performing similar work in office setting. Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Teams required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work discreetly and manage sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree plus five years' administration experience. Knowledge of Zoom and Workday. Administrative assistant experience. Previous experience supporting a Board of Trustees, and/or experience supporting executives in a higher education setting.
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000. This position is FLSA exempt.
