Responsibilities
Assess recovery and risk attributes of managed assets.
Contact borrowers and others to obtain any information needed for past due loans.

Administer relations nationwide with attorneys, collections specialists, and other outside personnel working on managed assets.
Manage assigned assets to maximize recovery within the constraints of the existing legal and economic parameters.

Prepare demand letters, pleadings, and agreements.

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating the Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Trolley, ensuring safe and timely transport of passengers. This involves picking up and dropping-off passengers at assigned stops and communicating the itinerary for the trolley service. Additionally, the driver represents the company at all times throughout the scheduled event and must possess great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide an excellent level of customer services.
This position scheduling most closely resembles an as needed, part-time basis of employment. A typical trolley service is minimally 4 hours in duration and may be scheduled any day of the week between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm; however, hours may vary, and scheduling may occur before or after the typical hours of operation.
Responsibilities
Operates a trolley along an assigned route, following the approved schedule, in a safe, timely and courteous manner, picking up and discharging passengers at assigned stops and other safe locations along the route.
Represents Gulf Coast Bank & Trust in a positive, professional, and collaborative demeanor at all times with both staff members and customers.
Assists passengers on and off the vehicle, if needed.
Communicates arrival with Trolley Driver or sponsor/lead of event.

Obtains event schedule and instructions from Trolley Coordinator.
Submits invoices and expense reports in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining proof of expenses for submission to Trolley Coordinator or the company's expense management system.
Performs an interior, exterior, and mechanical observation before and after all events and reports any new observations to the Trolley Coordinator.
Must keep the Trolley locked and safe when not attended.

Participate in training that will allow you to understand and perform activities that support the branch such as, cashing checks, disbursing funds after verification of signatures and sufficiency of funds.
Accept deposits and confirm accuracy of transactions.
Identify on opportunities to promote banking services.
Balance all monies in cash drawers.
Assist and observe the opening of new consumer and business accounts under the supervision of a certified relationship banker.
Assist in resolving client challenges through direct personal interactions and referrals to appropriate staff members.
Observe the opening and closing procedures of a branch.
Observe and participate in monitoring the branch cash general ledger accounts under the supervision of the operations officer.
Learn and understand the appropriate internal controls and compliance with all bank's regulatory requirements.
Partners with the branch manager to deploy resources that optimizes team performance.
Participate and host monthly branch security meetings.
Represent the company in local community organizations, along with the branch manager.
Assist the branch manager in monitoring employee activities to assist with issues, observe coaching sessions.
Support the branch manager in maintaining and developing client relationships with existing and new clients.
Other duties as requested/assigned.
Requirements
Skills/Experience/Education
Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Currently pursuing an Associate's degree, required. Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree will also be considered.
Business majors preferred.
Be a highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
Demonstrates attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possesses strong communication and teamwork skills.

Essential Mental & Physical Requirements
Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.

Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division and “undue hardship” then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
