Qualifications

Serving the Columbus transportation industry hub since 1985, we operate as a full-service commercial truck dealership and body shop. Fyda Freightliner is searching for a qualified Service Advisor for our Ottawa Service and Rental Department in West Jefferson, Ohio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Greet customers and obtain necessary information for billing and details of repair/rental.
Review warranty of vehicle, generate repair order and prepare it for dispatching.
Communicate repair progress with customer.
Obtain authorizations for repairs.
Assist in filling and office organization.
Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure.
Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
