Cons of working at Group O
Treated like a number, management uses you then when they have what they want they fire/layoff large numbers of associates! The nepotism is sickening. They have 17 Vice Presidents but maybe 5 divisions. Upper management is only concerned with their money. They could care less about employees. If you question anything they tell you just be happy you got a job and didn’t get fired before Christmas like the other 90 people. Management is heartless selfish and incompetent as well as inconsistent! Horrible place to work.
Group O Benefits
The food, and the people, but don’t get attached to anyone because they fire randomly. You could be there for 20 years and they will fire you and keep the employee who only has been there for a year or two.
