Vector Marketing has immediate openings. We are interviewing for part time sales positions, with an opportunity to work more. Basic responsibilities include working with customers, selling our Cutco products, and placing any orders. There is a base pay that is not based on sales, but reps can earn based on commission. Previous experience is not required. We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income around their current schedule. Position Details: Weekly pay -Competitive base pay ($23.00 base-appt), commissions available based on performance. Reps can earn more based on performance but can still make in income even if they have an off week. Solid training We teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on. Product We work with Cutco products which are products used in the kitchen and some outdoor tools as well. Prior work experience or sales experience is not required. Flexible scheduling We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some are looking for summer work, and others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes, other jobs, or family obligations. Advancement Reps who work here long term (even if they only work part time) are able to move along several different paths including management and career sales professional. The Maintenance Unit Supervisor is accountable for providing leadership and direction to assigned members of the crew in order to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal in an ABS environment. Under the direction of the Maintenance Superintendent, the incumbent is responsible to ensure productivity, safety, quality, improved recovery, reliable and consistent delivery performance and rapid problem solving in planned and unplanned cost-effective, customer-centric environment. These business objectives are accomplished in accordance with the principles of lean manufacturing, modeling and teaching employees in a manner that moves the organization toward accomplishing the target condition. Results can be measured; projects eliminate waste, secure flow, and create a visual factory; and employees contribute high levels of discretionary effort.
