ยท Provide list of store orders for Cyndi Proffit by noon every Wednesday. Pick up ordered items from Receiving area when order arrives. Review store orders, based on schedule, mark each order with date they can be filled. Notify person when their order is ready for pick up and verify employee has paid for their order and indicate on order form.

Bun/Bread Supply: Open pillows of buns and stack for bun opener. Watch for defects and notify Line Controller, QA, QC, Lead, or Production Supervisor if any.
Bun Opener: Open buns and place on conveyor without leaving any empty spaces. Monitor

Bread Placer: Place 2 bread slices on the conveyer ensuring one is in a diamond shape against the trigger and the other is a square next to the diamond. Do not skip a spot.
Tortilla Placer: Place one tortilla in each space on the conveyor. Do not skip a spot.
Cheese straightener: Ensure each sandwich has required slice(s) of cheese, straightening before it reaches the Meat Placer.
Meat Placer: Start and stop slicing operation, take meat from Weber/Titan conveyor belt, lightly bunch if needed, and use the proper drop and roll technique to consistently place in center of sandwich. Monitor raw materials for quality. Pull off any finished product that does not look appropriate. Use any spare slices made from butt ends. Responsible for inspecting meat to ensure it meets quality specifications and effectively communicate any quality issues. Responsible for getting meat coverage end to end on every sandwich.
Hand Portioning: Use provided utensils to hand place salads, meat, sauce, or dressings.
Pattie Placer: Place required number of patties on the bun.
Blade: Straighten sandwich on conveyor so that it is in proper place for a proper cut. Pull off any product that is of poor quality.
Salad Spreaders: Spread salad out to the edge of each piece of bread that goes by on conveyor, place top slice of bread on sandwich and straighten for proper cut. Pull off any product that does not meet our quality expectations.
Blade Position: Place top piece of bread or bun on top of meat and cheese, ensuring there is no meat or cheese sticking out of sandwich. Ensure sandwich is placed correctly against trigger to be cut in water slicer.
Boaters: Take sandwich from conveyor and place in sandwich boat. If running sandwiches with sliced meats, tuck and push down the meat in the sandwiches so nothing is hanging out. Pull off poor quality product.
Bagger: Take sandwiches from the conveyor and place in a pouch/bag using the pushers/hands.
Transfer: Take bagged sandwiches and place on the sealing machine (Mummy). Take sealed sandwiches out of the machine and place on conveyer.
Rollers: Roll tortilla correctly, ensuring it is at the correct length.
Wrapper: Wrap sandwiches based on type of wrap technique on recipe. Use the wrapping document OSW #311.
Labeler: Place sealed sandwiches on the labeler conveyer belt to apply labels. Hand place top and bottom labels on wrapped sandwiches (hand wrap sandwiches).
Reject Puller: Pull off rejects on discharge belt of Multivac and put into reject bucket. Check the canister when it's getting full and turn the light indicator to Red so the waste control employees will empty the canister. The light indicator also is to be used when there are problems with the machine such as the labeler misplacing labels, missing the print, or cutters not cutting the sandwich all the way. Turn the light to red to get the attention of the QA or mechanic.

Responsibilities
Hands on role processing of multi-company bi-weekly and off cycle payrolls; ensures time records are reconciled to the payroll system, all payments are approved according to company policy, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
Prepares quarterly and annual Federal, State and Local tax and unemployment filings; generates tax reconciliation and payments due. Manages yearend activities and oversees W-2 creation and reconciliation.
Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal and State wage and hour laws. Keeps abreast of Federal, State, and Local tax changes and how they apply at the employee level; may explain complex regulations to other team members. Resolve tax issues reported by agencies relating to delinquent or past-due payments; communicate updates and resolutions.
Must be knowledgeable of IRS Regulations for Child Support Orders, Tax Levies, Garnishments, Bankruptcies, and student loan garnishments to determine the correct way to process in the payroll system.
Keep current on payroll and timekeeping software by reviewing critical e-mails received. Attends payroll system meetings, conferences or webinars as needed. Be an active member of the payroll system's community as a source for problem solving and education. Provides oversight and follow up on payroll or timekeeping system issues, may open IT cases for the department; reports on high priority issues and provides escalation and follow up.
Resolve complex payroll issues; research and implement resolution and procedural changes to prevent problem reoccurrence; ensures processes are documented and communicates changes to those affected. Identifies areas of improvement and implements change. Maintains Payroll Procedures Manual and Payroll Process Check Lists and updates as needed.
Provide guidance and monitor the work of the Payroll Specialist that inputs payroll data. Provides mentoring, guidance and on-going feedback to staff and adjusts workload as required. Train other personnel or timekeeping managers and maintain procedure manual.
Reviews and data entry for all employee expense reimbursements submitted to assure there are proper receipts and following company policy and process them through payroll. Perform data entry as required for payroll processing. Prepares deduction reports for vendor payments and reconciliation.
Maintains high levels of customer service within the department; responds to issues and requests with a sense of urgency. Responds to requests for complex reporting requirements as necessary, ensuring accuracy prior to distribution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with mandatory Excel experience. Performs special projects or other duties as assigned.
Special Qualifications
High school diploma required.
2 years' experience in payroll preferred.
Experience with UKG Pro and Kronos timekeeping software preferred.
Fundamentals Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a requirement for this position.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
