The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overall maintenance in the facility - Including the physical plant, all exterior and interior support equipment, and all production machinery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that quality standards are met, and downtime is reduced by predicting and correcting problems in a planned and organized manner.
Propose new design concepts in the latest technology to improve the production process
