We are hiring a dynamic Principal Product Designer to join our Product and Design Team. As the Principal Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving the overall user experience and design strategy for our suite of products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Success and Marketing-to create user-centered designs that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with the strategic goals of the business. Your contributions and responsibilities:
Design Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of designers, ensuring high-quality work and maintaining consistency across the entire product suite.
Champion design thinking, user-centered design principles, and innovation across all product touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to define the product roadmap, user stories, and overall design vision.
Product Design Strategy:
Lead the end-to-end design process for complex, enterprise-level products, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
Drive product innovation by understanding and interpreting user needs, business goals, and market trends to inform the design direction.
Own the design process for large, complex, and strategic features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Mentorship and Team Development:

Establish design standards, patterns, and best practices that drive consistency, scalability, and quality across products.
Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the design team's output aligns with the company's brand and strategic goals.
User Research and Testing:
Lead user research initiatives to gather insights from healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders to inform design decisions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize complex workflows and identify pain points in the user experience.
Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate designs based on feedback to ensure the highest quality product.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with Engineering to ensure the seamless translation of designs into fully functioning, high-performance software.
Communicate design decisions and rationale to executives, stakeholders, and other teams to align on vision and expectations.
Design Systems:
Lead the development and maintenance of a unified design system that supports product scalability and efficiency.
Ensure consistency in the visual and interaction design language across all products and platforms.
Your ideal qualifications:
Experience:
8+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design complex SaaS products, particularly in the enterprise space.
Proven experience leading design teams and projects in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Experience working on B2B products
Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie).
Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how design works within these constraints.
Deep knowledge of user research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.).
Ability to craft and maintain a design system that balances consistency with flexibility.

This position will lead and work on project teams to plan and support projects including the design, build, and test of next generation medical devices or significant improvements to existing products that are used by clinicians. Our client is part of a publicly held company and is a manufacturer of flexible packaging, dispensing, and filling solutions for the food & beverage and health and beauty markets. As Cost Accountant, reporting to the Controller, you will maintain the manufacturing costing system for two plant locations, and you will be responsible for ensuring that costing data is complete, accurate, and timely. In this role you will partner with operational and engineering personnel to find and implement cost reduction opportunities and provide business leadership with cost analysis in support of business decisions. As Cost Accountant you will play a central role in not only keeping track of costs but in connecting discussions across all manufacturing disciplines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain the standard cost system including the updating of rates and throughputs
Collect and analyze operational cost data
Provide timely, relevant variance analysis on material labor, and overhead costs
Detailed tracking of physical inventory and ownership of key elements of both cycle counting and routine physical inventory count process
Prepare margin analysis and variance reports (product, customer, product group) and provide insight to business partners regarding product line and customer profitability
Business partnership with Operations and other functions in understanding and driving improvements in production costs and inventory
Analysis to support business decision in the area of sales and gross margin including analysis and reporting on volume and mix impacts on the business' cost profile
Initiate and support profitability projects related to existing and new business
Prepare budgets and forecasts for product costs and inventory and provide variance analysis to those budgets
Assist with product pricing process
Maintain KPI's to track progress to established operating targets
Update Bill of Materials in ERP
Support and validate results for all productivity projects
Assist with sales forecast and SIOP planning
Standard cost absorption testing
Capital asset tracking and summarization
Perform account reconciliations
Active role in Account payable processes
As Cost Accountant your background should include:
BS in accounting or finance
3+ Years related experience
Manufacturing experience
High level of skill using Excel to manipulate data and provide useful analysis
Good communication skills, ability to work effectively with others
Accuracy, attention to detail, well organized, ability to meet deadlines
Experience with report writing tools

The Team Lead, Sales Engineering is a player-coach role, combining hands-on technical sales execution with leadership to scale pre-sales strategy. You will mentor and develop Sales Engineers while actively delivering compelling product demonstrations and partnering with account executives on strategic, value-driven presentations. Acting as a critical bridge between sales, product, and customer success, you'll drive technical storytelling, refine processes, and work hands-on with our SE and AE teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey. This role requires both individual excellence and team leadership, fostering a high-performance culture while continuously improving demo execution and pre-sales effectiveness.
Your contributions and responsibilities:
Deliver impactful product demonstrations for medical device engineers, quality managers, and regulatory teams.
Lead and mentor Sales Engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
Develop and continually refine scalable demo strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with account executives to execute high-value technical presentations aligned with buyer needs.
Partner with our sales enablement function to ensure the team is equipped with the latest product knowledge and competitive insights.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, working closely with Product and Engineering to drive improvements.
Maintain deep expertise in Greenlight Guru's SaaS solutions, industry regulations, and customer pain points.
Enhance pre-sales engagement by optimizing demo environments and tools.
Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
Track and analyze pre-sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Your ideal qualifications:
5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Engineering (or a related pre-sales role) with a proven track record in technical sales, with 2+ years mentoring and leading a sales engineering team.
Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a sales engineering or solutions engineering team.
Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS solutions, particularly in regulated industries like medical devices. Experience selling or implementing a QMS is a plus.
Strong familiarity with medical device regulations (ISO 13485, 510(k), EUMDR, MDSAP, ISO 14971, etc.).
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level audiences.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.) is a plus.

This role will ideally be located within a commutable distance of Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, OR Indianapolis areas. On-target earnings are up to $165,000. Actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Certain roles are eligible for commissions subject to commission plans and policies that may be in effect occasionally.
