Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintains the security and safety of the hotel, Guests, Pack Members and their property by providing constant vigilance in and around the hotel premises
* Fills in security related job assignments
* Runs routine inspections of the hotel premises
* Acts promptly in the event of a circumstance that requires attention
* Assists Management in dealing with any incidents that arise within the hotel and produces detailed documentation of event
* Follows all Occupational Health & Safety rules upheld by the hotel
* Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust
* Remains composed and behaves professionally during emotionally charged or stressful situations
* Provides guest service in every interaction with guests at the resort
* Helps manage risk, and uses contingency plans to face uncertainty and adapt to change
* Sorts through conflicting perspectives without taking sides. Is aware of personal biases and doesn't allow them to affect decisions
Basic Qualifications & Skills
* High School education or equivalent
* Experience managing extensive closed circuit television arrays; comfortable operating and monitoring activities on-premises using CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays depending on business demands
* Successful completions of a criminal background check and drug screen

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Compiles inventory information for food and beverage items such as consumption rate and stock on hand to determine need for replenishment
* Assists with inventory count processes to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels
* Monitors inventory levels to provide notification to F&B management for re-orders

* Ensure stock is removed from receiving dock and delivered to stockroom on day of arrival and that no stock is left for any overnight period
* Confirm receipt of shipment and ensure product count matches that of purchase orders, keeping accurate records and communicating with vendors regarding any discrepancies or issues

Pay: $25.50 per hour At Great Wolf, the Maintenance Technician 1 oversees the day to day engineering operations in the lodge. This includes but is not limited to project management, general life safety, ordering, working with vendors. Responsible for completing preventative maintenance and repairs through-out the hotel guestrooms, public spaces, equipment, buildings & grounds.
Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
* Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings.
* Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment, plumbing (e.g., plunge toilets and unclog drains), electrical components including lamps, cosmetic items, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and outlets, and other guestroom items.
* Assure each day's activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards.
