General Description
The Facilities Maintenance I is responsible for performing a wide variety of general maintenance duties and repair work throughout the corporation. This includes minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and office equipment repairs, replacing light bulbs, snow removal, and paper shred removal. Also coordinates and assists with furniture moves as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs general maintenance and repair work, including minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs on equipment such as electrical fixtures, sinks, and drinking fountains. This duty is performed about 30% of the time.
Performs other maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs, removing snow from walkways, maintaining paper shred removal, and performing minor repairs on office equipment, etc. This duty is performed about 40% of the time.
Monitors and reviews the inventory of expendable supplies utilized in the maintenance area and informs the Facilities Manager when items need reordered. This duty is performed about 5% of the time.
Operates a motor vehicle to travel to all bank locations to perform maintenance duties. This duty is performed about 15% of the time.
Keeps supply/storage area clean and keeps supplies off the floor at all times. This duty is performed about 5% of the time.
Coordinates and assists with furniture moves as necessary. This duty is performed about 5% of the time.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and personal appearance. Reads, writes, and communicates in a clear and efficient manner via various types of correspondence, such as, in person, phone, email, letters, etc. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws (including BSA/AML).
Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED
7 to 11 months related experience and/or training
Occasional use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems.
Basic experience with Microsoft Office and Word Processing

As an Institutional Fixed Income Sales Associate for the Capital Markets Group, you will be responsible for the solicitation of new business opportunities with community banks and other financial institutions within assigned regional territories. General Description
Under general supervision, the Pre-Closing Loan Review Specialist I is responsible for verifying the accuracy and totality of loan documentation prior to releasing the documents for loan closing. Requires a thorough knowledge of and experience in loan documentation, with heavy emphasis on real estate loans. Determines the necessary follow up in order to ensure completeness and accuracy of the file.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews all relevant information and documentation necessary to ensure the loan file is complete before closing. This includes but is not limited to ensuring the following documentation is included in the file: real estate title information, flood certificates, appraisals, surveys, lien searches, and appropriate borrowing entity documents. This duty is performed daily, about 60% of the time.
Documents the necessary information and/or documentation needed for any incomplete files found and documenting discrepancies that do not fall within the banks loan guidelines or the loan approval. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.
Completes a wide variety of word processing and spreadsheet tasks including loan correspondence, internal memorandums, internal reports, forms, and tables. This duty is performed daily, about 5% of the time.
May also serve as a back-up and be cross-trained for the procedures of Post-Closing Loan Review. This duty is performed as needed, about 10% of the time.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations and laws (including BSA/AML).
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

The Product Manager position is responsible for ensuring all upgrades, modifications, and installations meet the requirements of the business line and pass Unit Acceptance Testing. The Bilingual Collector contributes to the Bank's ongoing goal of maintaining low delinquency and low gross losses on current Bankcard accounts. About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to originate home loans. The primary focus will be to drive new sales within our available lending territory. Growth will likely include managing current client base; as well as, a plan of action to increase market share attracting new clients.

About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to analyze commercial credits by conducting comprehensive financial analysis on companies of diverse industries and sizes. You'll work with seasoned Commercial Bankers and Portfolio Managers to prepare Credit Approval Summary packets for loan committees for assigned markets requiring a high degree of accuracy. These packets are utilized by senior management for annual review of credit relationships, reaffirming loans due for renewal, and for approving new loans.
