Great Oaks Legacy Charter School is seeking a dynamic, mission-aligned educator to join our team as an Elementary School Autism Teacher to teach Pre-K - 4th Grade for the (2025-26) academic year. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Elementary School Autism Teachers are an integral part of our school-based instructional team and report to the Director of Student Services and Special Education Instructional Leader, with regular coaching and support from our BCBA, instructional coaches and DCIs.

1) Curriculum & Instruction

* Guiding ABA aides and teacher assistants to support programming.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Evidence of NJ Department of Education K-6 and TOSD certification
* Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and teaching students with Autism.
* Experience using Assistive Technology Devices
* American Sign Language, functional behavior assessment, and support plans knowledge preferred

ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the CEO/Executive Director, the Chief Operations Officer (COO) will manage five direct reports and a total team of 33. They will lead network and school operations, student recruitment and enrollment, technology & data, and facilities. Organizational Leadership
* Serve as a thought leader on all operations matters and develop strong professional working relationships with the ED, senior leadership team members, the board, and school leaders.

* Collaborate with the CFO and leadership team, and develop and manage the annual and multi-year operations team budget.

* Oversee hiring, on-boarding, goal setting, management, and evaluation of operations staff at all levels and, in conjunction with principals, in the schools.
* Review roles, responsibilities and capabilities of the operations team, as well as operations processes. Build a team structure that ensures a high level of customer service to meet the needs of our schools and processes that are standardized, streamlined and efficient.
* Manage the school operations staff and grow their capacity to learn and contribute to the success of the organization.

Data, Technology and Compliance Leadership
* Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and taking corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

QUALIFICATIONS

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Manager, -Adult Training reporting to the Assistant Director, Adult Training to join our team. As a Case Manager- Adult Training you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our residents. Minimum Qualifications:

About the Role:
Hope Christian Services is seeking a responsible and reliable Driver to join our team. The Adult Day Program Driver will be responsible for safely transporting participants to and from our day program location, ensuring their safety and well-being during transit.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company-owned vehicle to transport participants to and from our Adult Day Program location, following established routes and schedules.
Assist participants with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort during transportation.
Secure wheelchairs and mobility aids as needed, and ensure that all passengers are properly restrained according to safety regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, including performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues or concerns.
Communicate effectively with participants, families, caregivers, and program staff to coordinate transportation logistics and ensure a positive experience for all passengers.
Provide assistance and support to participants during transit, including helping individuals with mobility challenges or special needs as needed.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record.
Document transportation activities, including mileage, passenger counts, and any incidents or accidents, as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience driving passenger vans or similar vehicles preferred.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations is a plus.

Great Oaks Legacy Charter School is seeking dynamic, mission-aligned educators to join our team as High School Teachers to teach grades 9th - 12th Grade for the 2025 - 26 academic year. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Our High School Teachers are an integral part of our school-based instructional team and report to the School Director(s), with regular coaching and support from our instructional coaches and Academic Deans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Teachers at Great Oaks Legacy Charter School are responsible for preparing each of our students for college success through rigorous instruction and maintaining consistently high expectations. Teachers are models of the hard work, desire for learning, and character that we expect of our students.
Our teachers' essential duties and responsibilities include:
1) Curriculum & Instruction
* Demonstrating solid knowledge and understanding of the content matter.
* Establishing, communicating, and demanding high expectations for student learning, and quality of work.
* Using a multitude of instructional strategies and activities that are academically rigorous and highly engaging.
* Executing detailed lesson plans mapped to a year-long academic plan to address learning needs.
* Constantly working to respond to the students' learning needs.
* Consistently sending the message that this work is important, that the student can do it, and that you will not give up on a student.
2) Data
* Track and analyze student data to identify student learning needs and set ambitious, attainable goals for student progress.
* Planning and implementing strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomes.
* Working collaboratively with the School Director and other teachers to develop and revise curriculum based on assessment data.
3) Classroom Environment
* Building relationships with students that demonstrate an open concern and a sense of responsibility for students' academic and personal growth.
* Maintaining an efficient, respectful and positive tone in your classroom.
* Utilizing time to maximize student learning and communicating a constant, tangible sense of urgency.
* Ensuring that all students are on task at all times during a lesson.
* Clearly enforcing and emphasizing school rules, values and expectations.
* Supervising students during lunch and transition periods.
4) Additional Responsibilities
* Utilizing your skills, talents, and effort to contribute to student and school success.
* Independently assuming additional responsibilities when necessary and demonstrating leadership.
* Making frequent phone calls, keeping parents informed of successes and struggles.
* Maintaining an orderly school culture.
* Attending professional development sessions.
* Other duties that may be necessary to fulfill the mission of the school.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Relentless work ethic.
* Belief that all students have what it takes to be successful.
* Bachelor's degree from a competitive college or university. GPA must meet minimum requirements for NJ DOE certification.
* Demonstrated mastery of content knowledge and ability to drive student growth.
* Prior teaching experience in an urban No Excuses school setting strongly preferred.
* Extremely strong classroom management abilities.
* Evidence of NJ Department of Education certification (CE/CEAS/Provisional/Standard) or out of state certification.
* Experience developing curriculum or potential to lead curricular development is strongly preferred.
