Key Responsibilities:
Concept Design Development:
Create creative, conceptual designs (3D, 2D, and hand-drawings) for a range of project types, including:
High-end residential projects ($2M-$10M budgets)

New builds, fit-outs, and refurbishment projects
Design Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive design documents, including DD and CD sets, schedules, and installation guidelines.

FF&E & Finishes:
Showcase expertise in FF&E selection, custom design, finishes specifications, and staying current on industry trends.

Client & Vendor Coordination:
