Job Summary
The ideal Graphic Designer candidate will have experience in both print and electronic media. We're looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. Responsibilities:
Responsible for graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion, and delivery
Conceptualizes and produces graphics for all types of print and digital marketing, including product packaging, catalogs, and flyers
Presents design work at various stages to stakeholders for review and final approval
Works closely and collaboratively with the Marketing team on all creative projects, following the company's brand guidelines
Interacts with Copywriter to develop creative concepts and executions
Works closely with Marketing Coordinator to keep all projects on track, utilizing project management software to monitor project progress/completion/concerns
Interprets company design needs and develops concepts to suit specific guidelines while working within budget constraints
Attention to detail demonstrated by closely reviewing and using design checklists
Illustrates concepts and obtains approval by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
Stays on the cutting edge of what's new in design, identifying opportunities to implement and experimenting with applying new methods and concepts

* Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible

* Be able to work 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events
