What you will do in this role
In this role, you will be responsible for creation of professional design deliverables that are consistent with the Atticus brand. You will collaborate closely with the communications team to execute print and digital materials from concept to finish. With a primary focus on print design, this role will center around layout composition, vector illustrations, and large format projects such as brochures, product and event logos, and trade show displays. This role will report to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate closely with communications team to concept, design, and execute creative communication materials while ensuring brand consistency across all channels
· Create design visuals and user experiences that communicate the Atticus brand and inspire, inform, or captivate internal and external audiences
· Design logos and icons as needed for product launches, corporate events, and presentations

Coordinates assets to support video production and executes video editing.
Executes new brand visions through multiple design solutions with the consistency of being on target with design objectives and brand strategy.
Work closely with internal teams to understand brand and project requirements and deadlines.
Use excellent communication skills to gain the confidence and trust of cross-functional partners and internal team members.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming, critiques, and ideation sessions.
Follow file naming conventions and file organization procedures and rules.
Regularly upload approved assets to digital asset management (DAM) platform
Keep project management tool up to date with current project information/statuses.
Review digital proofs for accuracy and quality as needed.

Basic Qualifications
Associate degree
4+ years of graphic design experience
5+ years of Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
1+ year of experience working with Figma
1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Have an online portfolio showcasing a range of brand-driven consumer-facing design executions including brand design systems, e-commerce, packaging, and product collateral.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Job description: The successful candidate will work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in manual manipulation of floorplan pieces to ensure they fit together seamlessly. Experience with Adobe Illustrator is required (Photoshop is a plus). Experience with Autocad and Google Suite preferred. Interest and experience in architecture or real estate is a plus. This position is onsite, entry-level, full-time and will start with a 6 months probationary period. Salary $19-$20/hour.
Responsibilities:
* Floorplan Production Team: Create interior 2D floorplans of homes in Illustrator using a Builders blueprint or feedback as reference for our custom interactive software program.
* Input client data into Google Drive spreadsheets & into our custom interactive software program.
* Manage and update project tasks in our project management system.
* Maintains training documentation for new employees (once acclimated to this position).
Qualifications:
