We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our clients creative team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, production-ready packaging files to ensure timely approvals and error-free execution by factory partners. Location: Hybrid - Remote 2 days | Onsite 3 days per week in West Miami
Compensation: $50K annually + benefits
Responsibilities:
Create new product templates with extreme attention to detail to avoid production or quoting errors.
Ensure all templates include accurate information regarding inks, materials, sizing, Pantone references, and mockup alignment.
Review mockups and flag any concerns related to color, scale, or materials before starting production.
Verify fit of grower pots against molds and accurately measure and document flower sleeves with photographic evidence.
Maintain well-organized digital files, ensuring 100% compliance with server storage and file management standards.
Print, proof, and validate templates for accuracy, including UPCs, folds, patterns, and material thicknesses.
Obtain dual approvals for all production files per company policy before submission.
Collaborate with teammates, proactively assist others, and share key learnings to improve workflow.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, escalating ideas to supervisors.
Ensure all production templates execute the original design intent and maintain brand integrity.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in production design, packaging, or related design field.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and consistency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with print production standards, color management, and packaging design is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Journeyman Graphic Artist** to join our team. This position will be located onsite in **Doral, FL.** **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Conceptualizes and creates visual design elements for assigned projects and programs, working closely with end users and business stakeholders to ensure visual alignment with organizational goals.
+ Experienced in using state-of-the-art design tools to produce deliverables.
+ Creates visual assets for training programs, including graphics, icons, illustrations, e-learning module elements, presentations, infographics, job aids, and visual guides.
+ Assists in maintaining visual consistency and brand adherence in training materials, uses existing graphic assets and templates effectively, and prepares multimedia assets for different delivery platforms.
+ Works closely with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content needs and assists in the development of larger projects and interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools.
+ Contributes to the development of DoDAF (Department of Defense Architecture Framework) visualizations, creating clear and informative diagrams and models that effectively communicate architectural concepts and relationships.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
+ 4+ years of experience with 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience.
+ Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Basic knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
+ Experience in creating basic architectural diagrams and models using DoDAF notation.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in graphic design, visual Communications, or a related field.
+ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understanding of adult learning principles.
+ Specialization in illustration, motion graphics, or UI/UX design.
+ Experience with cybersecurity-related projects (e.g., infographics on online safety, banners for security awareness campaigns).
+ Growing familiarity with different DoDAF viewpoints and their applications.
+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must have an active Secret clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
