While the role is design lead there is plenty of scope for concept development for our products and campaigns so being able to think beyond execution is really important. Reporting to the Creative Director you'll play a key role in delivering impactful, visually engaging work that reflects Earth Animal's mission and values. Key responsibilities: End-to-End Design Execution: Develop and deliver standout design concepts that reflect Earth Animal's brand identity across digital, print, packaging, and experiential platforms. Concept Development: Brainstorm and refine innovative design ideas that push creative boundaries, ensuring they align with brand values and project goals. Content Creation: Collaborate with the wider team to ideate, shoot, and design in-house content, ensuring a cohesive and polished brand aesthetic. Creative Asset Development: Produce high-quality visual assets for social media, website, product packaging, and marketing campaigns, meeting deadlines and brand standards.
