This role will be instrumental in the development of creative media to connect people to Jesus, community and purpose. Essential Functions: Work with the Communications team to design and implement the visual language and style of Southeast. Design and produce art for Southeast ministries. Create a design strategy and vision based on the direction of the Communications team. Produce original video content for worship services and online, including story videos (long-form documentary personal testimonies), story vignettes (short-form ministry promos), and highlight videos as needed. Work collaboratively with the various ministries of Southeast Christian Church to produce story videos and other video content as needed, overseeing end-to-end video production from brainstorming and concept development to filming, editing and distribution. Recruit and develop volunteers to support video productions throughout the week as needed. Maintain, organize and regularly update b-roll footage of every aspect of Southeast's ministry. Provide purchasing recommendations and maintenance for equipment. Maintain archive of past video projects. Contribute to the team by accomplishing projects as needed. Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, researching current trends, and participating in professional societies. Work with staff ministries on various requests, understanding goals and focus, as well as submitting rough ideas through to completion of projects for team feedback. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. Perform other duties, as needed. Time Requirements: This position will be completed in 40+ hours per week (Sunday through Thursday). This position will include some weekends, some evenings and holidays. Responsibilities * Work with Engineers and Designers to develop the design documents and drawings for Substation or Transmission Line project. * Create design/construction drawing package for substation design project including substation general plan, elevation and detail, bill of material, conduit and cable schedule. * Provide drafting support for various type of substation project including physical, electrical and protection and control design. * Utilize company standards, client standards, and/or Engineering direction to produce new drawings and update existing drawings utilizing AutoCAD, MicroStation or PLS-C ADD * Maintain document management system with quality data. * Train, develop and mentor the less-experienced design team members * Perform quality control checks and provide feedback to team members Qualifications * At least 5 years' experience in Design and/or Drafting disciplines with a background in Electrical substation or Transmission line design * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Drafting/Design preferred; minimum GED Diploma with drafting or electrical design training. * Experience working with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation * Ability to work in a growing, adaptive and multi-discipline team environment * Ability to work independently with limited direction and oversight * Legally able to work within the United States for any length of time * Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English language #LI-RF1 Other Requirements: * Regular, reliable attendance * Work productively and meet deadlines timely * Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment * Perform work safely and effectively.
