As a Presentation Designer, you'll be responsible for transforming complex information into visually appealing presentations that captivate and inform. You'll utilize your creative expertise to help elevate the brand's communication and ensure consistency and clarity across all presentation materials. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, including marketing, sales and leadership teams, to develop presentations for internal meetings, client pitches, conferences and other corporate events

* Design and deliver high-quality, visually compelling presentations for leadership, marketing and stakeholder initiatives
* Translate data, strategies and creative concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives
* Collaborate with teams cross-functionals teams and leadership to align presentations with brand standards and business goals
* Utilize advanced tools to create dynamic templates, animations and interactive components for impactful storytelling
* Stay up to date on design trends and technologies to continuously enhance skills and output

* Develop and implement the creative vision for all photography and design projects

About You
Minimum Qualifications
* 5 years of experience as a presentation designer, graphic designer, communications specialist or similar role
* Expert in design tools such as in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience incorporating multimedia elements such as animations and videos
* Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy
* Proven ability to design for live events, digital formats and video presentations
* Ability to translate complex information and data into clear, engaging visual formats
* Confident in presenting ideas and incorporating collaborative feedback
* Attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, professional designs
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications or related field
* Experience in an in-house agency at a technology, financial services or lifestyle brand
* Proficiency in motion design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
* Expertise in data visualization for executive-level presentations
* Demonstrated success designing high-stakes presentations for senior leadership
* Familiarity with Rocket's brand and ability to integrate it into designs seamlessly
