Role accountabilities: Responsible for the airflow visualization equipment care and maintenance Develop and generate detailed Airflow Visualization (AFV) protocols in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines. Ensure protocols are tailored to specific project requirements and objectives. Oversee the execution of AFV protocols in controlled environments, ensuring adherence to procedural and safety standards. Operate and maintain visualization tools and equipment Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, quality assurance, and operations) to define protocol scope and parameters Transportation and handling of equipment for airflow visualization executions Execution of static and dynamic airflow visualization study of GMP cleanrooms and unidirectional flow units. Compile and organize all raw video footage, generate the final video reports, and deliver the final video reports to client Attend cross functional team video meeting reviews to present the video reports Generate marketing materials to promote the Airflow Visualization Services. LOCATION Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC - Hybrid Schedule YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, videos, promotional items, and customer presentations * Proactively collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to translate ideas and objectives into creative designs * Adhere and contribute to brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels * Create and optimize visuals for web, ensuring compatibility with various devices, ADA compliance and screen resolutions * Edit and refine designs based on feedback, meet project deadlines, maintain continuous improvement mindset * Stay updated on creative technologies, tools, and techniques to innovate and improve creative assets * Create high-quality images, videos, and animations to support product launches, customer testimonials, and how-to educational content * Effectively manage content and files for shareability and quick revisions YOUR QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of visual design experience in an in-house creative position or agency * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, Canva, and other creative technologies * Adept at using PowerPoint to creatively present ideas and story tell * Strong understanding of the creative process and previous experience supporting multiple marketing managers * Experience organizing source files and managing creative asset storage * Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across platforms * Excellent communication and time management skills * Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field * Familiar with workflow tools - Asana, Monday, Wrike, etc. * Previous experience working with freelancers and/or agencies to distribute creative work and effectively translate creative requests * Familiarity with web design/UX principles, HTML/CSS, or motion graphics is a plus COMPANY Enact is a leading publicly traded U.S. private mortgage insurance provider, offering borrower-centric products that enable lenders and other partners across the U.S. to help people responsibly achieve and maintain the dream of homeownership.
