The Customer Service Manager reports to and assists the General Manager and Assistant Store Manager, in daily operations, including motivating and inspiring the team to achieve store goals. They are focused on the customer experience through active supervision and enhancing the service culture. This driver role supports and assists transportation leadership by overseeing and providing guidance to assigned driver teams usually at remote shuttle yard locations. Assistance may include but is not limited to managing work schedules, training, solving customer delivery issues, new hire onboarding, performing safety checks and preferred work method observations and other related duties. The Lead Driver drives a tractor trailer or straight truck intrastate and/or interstate on local, over-the-toad (OTR), shuttle, and/or overnight routes to deliver and unload various food and food related products to customers. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will monitor and maintain the accuracy and adequacy of Operating Company inventories. The Inventory Control Coordinator compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
