As the Sr Manager of B2B Growth Marketing, you will design and execute scalable marketing strategies to drive awareness, comprehension of and loyalty to the GoodRx B2B Solutions. You will be responsible for building a functional B2B Marketing System to evolve the current Growth Marketing tools and process and then lead digital campaign strategy and deployment across channels and audiences. You will work cross-functionally within our organization to research and review the capabilities and offerings of available tools and help evaluate what additional marketing tech stack and operational services we need to best enhance and execute our marketing plans. Role objectives: Research & lead the development/launch of a best-in-class B2B healthcare marketing communications system that allows us to engage, inform and communicate with our Pharma and Agency clients, with an efficient and targeted approach. Support biopharma partner expansion through demand generation and marketing content creation. Stand up a growth marketing platform that is marketer-friendly and scalable across key marketing channels/segments. Develop and execute B2B healthcare marketing campaigns across sponsored industry publisher content, advertising, owned channel promotions, digital/social content, event surround sound content, and build and maintain a content hub for B2B Clients. Ensure brand quality and consistency across all marketing channels and content. Responsibilities: Develop audience and channel strategies that reach and resonate with target B2B healthcare audiences and differentiate our solution. Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging content (white papers, case studies, articles, videos, webinars) that communicates the value proposition of our products. Develop a marketing calendar and roadmap and manage the development and deployment of content. Design and execute growth marketing campaigns (and ad-hoc plans) to support the Growth function in hitting lead and client engagement targets. Event Management integration: Help with surround sound of industry conferences, panels or webinars, to promote brand awareness and engage target audiences. Help drive GoodRx Growth marketing demand generation from awareness through to conversion and post-sales engagement. Manage the GoodRx B2B Social and other owned channels, including design oversight, content guidance, performance of CTAs and tracking of engagement. Recommend optimizations proactively by presenting findings, observations and ideas to make adjustments to plans and campaigns. Drive B2B marketing performance and investments by measuring campaigns, owning our advertising and content amplification budget. Collaborate with our content expert, sales, integrated & product marketing teams to support execution of customer outreach strategy across all channels. Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience, and a bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience, MBA welcomed. Deep experience in B2B marketing and working with growth, sales, and executive teams. SAAS product experience in a B2B role and industry is required. A track record of success in delivering and scaling marketing programs & working with CRM/CMS tools. Understanding of the role of each tactic in the evolution of a client relationship development. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with deep experience crafting targeted and compelling messaging. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is strongly preferred.
