Represents the District at exceptional student services (IEP) meetings. Helps develop and implement improvement activities associated with the school improvement framework. Works closely with administrators, coaches, and specialists in a supportive, collegial team atmosphere. Attends collaborative meetings with district academic leadership, school leadership teams, and district specialists. Provides differentiated, targeted, and consultative support to academic leadership teams at school sites focusing on the established priorities identified in school improvement. Analyzes data to identify growth areas and design strategic plans with aligned action steps for improvement. Supports school with actions that are aligned to their Integrated Action Plan (IAP) goals. Monitors, compiles, and maintains data related to identified goals in the District Strategic Plan and disseminates to the appropriate stakeholders. Facilitates the development and implementation of school improvement. Chairs District-wide curriculum committee. Maintains staff relationships with other principals and Directors.
