What You'll Do:

Position Summary: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) Worker is responsible for a caseload of persons with long-term psychiatric disabilities and will work to increase their functioning level so they can be successful and satisfied in their environments of choice while living, learning, working and socializing. Responsibilities include maintaining an individual caseload of consumers and completing daily progress documentation, assessment, and identification of goal plans to assist members in reaching their goals of choice. This position is primarily mobile (in consumer's home and/or community) but at times, site-based services within the Butler office may be required. Since services are provided individually in the consumer's community and/or home environment, travel is required to these locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (PRS) Worker shall have one of the following:
Bachelor's degree with current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) Certification preferred;
Bachelor's degree; OR
An associate's degree and one (1) year work experience in mental health direct service; OR
A Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certificate and one (1) additional year paid or volunteer work experience in mental health direct service; OR
A high school diploma or GED and two (2) years' work experience in human services which must include one (1) year of mental health direct service.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation staff will meet the staff development (training) criteria outlined in Pennsylvania regulations for Psychiatric rehabilitation Chapter 5230.
Newly hired Staff will receive six hours of face-to-face mentoring prior to staff delivering services independently. Mentoring shall be provided by a PRS director or psychiatric rehabilitation specialist designated as a supervisor and is required within the first year of employment.
Six hours of training in the specific PRS model or interventions being used prior to a new staff working independently and is required within the first year of employment
All degrees and coursework must be from an accredited program and/or university or college in accordance with Policy Clarification 02-11 dated June 9, 2010, and be conferred by the university or college.

What You'll Do:
Facilitate the math curriculum, serve as a math resource to all staff, and participate in all school meetings.
Create a learning environment using academic standards, IEP Goals, clear expectations, and Positive Interventions and Supports in order for our students to thrive.
Build relationships with students in order to create an instructional design process that plans for adaptations and meeting individual student needs.
Implement appropriate assessments of student learning aligned to the instructional goals and adapted to individual students.
Establish clear expectations, classroom routines to engage students and maximize instruction.
Model appropriate interactions, communication and conduct as a tool for managing student behavior. We encourage our teachers to demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in meeting the learning needs of students.
Implement student IEP's, document progress, communicate with parents, attend meetings, use informal and formal assessments to monitor student learning.
As a way to improve upon your craft of teaching, use reflection as a tool to enhance instruction and participate in professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Education, Pennsylvania Teaching Certification in Secondary Mathematics 7-12 (Private or Public).

The Behavior Health Technician (BHT - formerly TSS) works with the collaboration of a treatment team which may include a Mobile Therapist, Behavior Consultant, teachers, vocational training counselors, medical providers and especially family members. Parent education and support is essential. Services are available in Allegheny, Butler, and Beaver counties. Both BHT and BHT-ABA positions are available. Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) provide behavioral health treatment to children up to age 21 who have a current DSM or ICD mental health diagnosis and require behavioral support. Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) provide behavioral health treatment to children up to age 21 who have a current DSM or ICD mental health diagnosis and require behavioral support. The services use professional staff and natural supports to create a network of support around an identified child and their family. Services can be rendered in a child's home, community or school location dependent upon the child and family's needs. Services include utilizing expertise to help families in implementing an individual treatment plan (ITP) developed by the lead clinician and based on their goals and objectives. The use of community resources to achieve maximum improvement in the child's functioning with minimum disruption to the family unit is key. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Individuals who provide individual services as Behavior Consultant/Mobile Therapist shall meet ONE of the following:
Licensed psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist or clinical social worker; OR
Licensed social worker or behavior specialist AND a mental health service graduate degree and practicum; OR
Graduate degree from accredited program with at least nine (9) credits in psychology, social work or counseling AND at least one (1) year experience providing mental health services; OR
Completed accredited graduate program with clinical/mental health service practicum with at least nine (9) credits in clinical psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field.

This is an exciting time to join the Glade Run School Based Mental Health Program which is enjoying tremendous expansion across Allegheny, Beaver, Butler Lawrence and Clarion Counties! We are looking for bright, passionate, creative mental health therapists to grow along with us. The School Based Therapist works primarily from a school setting. Job responsibilities include: completing client intakes (inclusive of psycho-social assessment, initial treatment plan and required legal consents); develop measurable treatment goals in collaboration with clients and families; complete treatment reviews in accordance with outpatient regulations; and provide individual, group, and family therapy as is clinically indicated./div
