The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute start to finish variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and physical inventories, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The High Volume FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
As a High Volume FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements:
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts Monday thru Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain visual merchandise standards.
Perform store specific measurements.
Complete store layout initiatives.
Perform accurate counts for store inventories, as well as cycle counts.
Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
Hang store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers Specials.
Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, High Volume FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 50 pounds, throughout the store.

Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.

They have great teamwork, participates in the Nurse Residency Program and Shared Governance.
The Clinical Coordinator is a member of the management team who assists the Nurse Manager with the daily operations of the nursing unit/department on a 24-hour basis. The Clinical Coordinator provides direct supervision of staff and rotates weekend, holiday and shifts as needed to ensure management presence and visibility according to departmental needs. The Clinical Coordinator participates in employee selection and evaluation, in scheduling and staffing, and in the development and adherence to clinical and budgetary standards. General Summary:
The ED Technician I position involves the delivery of clinical nursing assistant services to patients. The ED Tech I functions under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse or therapist; they provide care, which does not require the judgment and skills of a licensed professional. After competency verification, the ED Technician I may deliver patient care services to the neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The care may include, but is not limited to, the following: obtaining and recording in the EHR blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and pulse oximetry, drawing blood, EKG, transporting patients, obtain urine and stool specimens, perform point of care testing, assist with ED procedures, measure and assist in applying sling, cervical collar, splints and crutches, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulating, transferring, feeding, observing, and reporting the general well-being of the person(s) to whom they are providing care.

Responsibilities:
1. Follow the ED Tech I plan of care established by the Registered Nurse within a specified timeframe; including, but not limited to, drawing blood, EKG, transporting patients, obtaining urine and stool specimens, performing point of care testing, assisting with ED procedures, measuring and assisting in applying sling, cervical collar, splints and crutches, mouth care, bathing, AM and PM care, assistance with ambulation, transfers to chair and/or bed, taking and documenting vital signs, and recording accurate intake and output.
2. Documents all patient care delivered according to established policies and procedures.
3. Perform patient care based on established guidelines to diagnostic and therapeutic exams; i.e., NPO for labs or x-rays, OR, diet changes related to tests.
4. Assist other members of nursing team and/or ancillary departments as requested.
5. Perform duties with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned units (i.e. neonates, infants, school age children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics).
6. Communicate relevant patient information to a professional nurse within the appropriate timeframe based on level of urgency; Report problems immediately to a professional nurse.
7. Maintain compliance with JCAHO standards.
8. May at times include the following additional duties: monitoring patient behavior; assist in de-escalation; assist patient with daily living activities, such as bathing or dressing; provide one to one observation during monitored visitations; serve and assist with meals; keep facilities clean by performing tasks, and changing bed linens as needed; participate in any patient activity; help transport patients within the hospital; and assist with restraining the patient if they become physically violent.
9. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.

Overview: Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by physician according to established standards and practices. Responsibilities: Delivers a prescribed and planned course of radiation therapy to patients.
