a complete historical and comprehensive narrative of the examinees work related injury, treatment and present complaints.

Must have experience with Med-Legal Worker's Compensation reporting
Must have thorough understanding of AMC Guides 5th edition and Labor codes 4663 & 4664
Excellent reading, comprehension, writing and grammar skills
Must be well versed with anatomic and medical terminology
Strong organizational skills, detailed-oriented, and ability to handle multiple task
Must exhibit a high degree of professional excellence characterized by sound independent judgment, initiative and high standard of ethics.
Must possess high attention to detail

Requirements
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years' work experience in Workers Compensation cases
Experience in Orthopedics and Pain Management preferred

Performing historical research and analysis for historical project(s).
Utilizing digital media, graphic design and content creation to prepare a variety of products to connect messaging with intended audiences.
Creating interpretive public history products utilizing audio, video and visual information.
Preparing content for agency's history website, intranet site, social media feeds, and other digital platforms using content management system such as SharePoint or Drupal.
OR
You may substitute a doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent degree) or three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in any field, or L.L.M. if related for experience at the GS-11 grade level or such education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. Check with your school to determine how many credit hours comprise three years of graduate study. If that information is not available, use 54 semester or 81 quarter hours.
GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Identifying, collecting, and preserving historical records and maintaining archives.
Researching, writing and preparing for dissemination books, articles, reviews, website materials, and/or blog posts.
Documenting historical information for distribution to a broad audience of both the general and interested public.
Managing and creating web pages and social media content using content management systems such as SharePoint and Drupal.

Salary: $51,600 - $62,400 annually depending on experience. The breakdown of job responsibilities is as follows:
40%: Research, identify, and categorize asset documents for the IPF unit. Assign meta data to asset documentation in an electronic document management system. Adhere to governmental standards for long-term archiving.
40%: Monitor on-going construction activities to maintain asset data impacted and ensure required documentation is received.
10%: Supervise and manage student employees including training, assigning and prioritizing workload and developing quality control measures. Monitor and approve time entries entered by student staff.
10%: Create processes and procedures that enhance and support asset and facilities information management activities. Research and implement process efficiency solutions.

Sample Handling Assistant - Archive Assistant in Research Studies in our Bedford facility located at 15 Wiggins Way, Bedford, MA. This is an onsite position. Work with a small local team that participates in the North America setting and teams.
In this role it's a unique combination of sample management and archive tasks, including labeling, receipt, transferring, tracking, inventory, archival, shipping, and disposal of samples and/or materials. Samples include paper data, wet tissues, slides, blocks and frozen biological samples
Excellent keyboarding skills required as this position will have a high degree of data input into tracking and archive database, may involve repeated lifting of up to 25 lbs.
Excellent customer service skills are required as position interfaces with internal and external customers in retrieving and storage of samples all while maintaining strict business confidentially.

The Division of Movement Disorders in the Department of Neurology at Stanford University seeks a board certified Neurologist to join the Department as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in the **Clinician Educator Line** . The major criterion for appointment in the **Clinician Educator Line** is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching, administrative and/or scholarship appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. Academic rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
The successful applicant should have ABPN Board Certification, at least a two-year Movement Disorders Fellowship, or equivalent, currently being completed or previously completed, clinical experience and expertise diagnosing and treating a wide range of movement disorders, be able to perform botulinum toxin injections for movement disorders, perform assessments to determine eligibility for neuromodulation interventions, such as Deep Brain Stimulation and Focused Ultrasound, and perform Deep Brain Stimulation programming.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have clinical trials or clinical research experience, including performing clinical research assessments.
Responsibilities are expected to include evaluation and treatment of new and return movement disorders patients in the Stanford Movement Disorders Center outpatient clinics in Palo Alto, Emeryville, and/or Tri-Valley, supervising trainees in clinical assessments, including but not limited to Movement Disorders Fellows, Neurology Residents, and Medical Students, contributing to the academic mission of the Stanford Department of Neurology.
