Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs all assigned work following the training provided and in compliance with Corporate, Project, and/or Contractual guidelines.

Stocks restroom toilet paper, paper towels, seat covers, and soap dispensers.
Stocks breakrooms with paper towels and hand soap.
Empties trash cans.
Collects recyclables and places as directed in collection areas.
Cleans water fountains.
Cleans interior and exterior glass.
Mixes chemicals/cleaning fluids, as necessary.
Observes and reports need for repair of furniture, building, and fixtures.
Presents a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times when interacting with customers, co-workers, and supervision.
Maintains effective communication with management, employees, and customers.

The HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, service, and repair of the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning system.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Installs, inspects, repairs, maintains, and/or services refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and systems including condensers, evaporators, water cooling towers, motors, air handling units, furnaces, reciprocating chillers, pumps, furnaces, computer room a/c units and analog and digital time clocks.
Performs skilled repairs on multi-zone systems, related equipment and equipment not related to HVAC.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs heating and ventilation equipment, pumps, exhaust fans, chillers, dryers, compressors, and other mechanical equipment, as necessary.
Utilizes the building automation system to track building conditions and the operation of facilities equipment.
Troubleshoots, adjusts, repairs, and replaces defective parts such as electric, electronic, and pneumatic controls, thermostats, metering devices, heater controls and anticipators, pressure controls, safety valves, automatic gas valves, motor controllers, VFDs, magnetic starters, combustion air blowers, switches, and relays.
Evacuates and purges refrigerants from systems, recharging units, as necessary.
Maintains records of refrigerant recovery and recycling in compliance with Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
Tests systems by utilizing pressure tests, and balancing air conditioning systems; tests joints and insulates pipes of refrigeration, heating, or air-conditioning systems.
Connects motors to control panels and control panels to power sources. Connects and disconnects wiring from 24 single-phase voltage to 480 three-phase voltage.
Tests for defective parts and malfunctions.
Reviews PM work activities and suggests changes to improve the operation or reliability of the equipment.
Recommends measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
Maintains tools and equipment in good condition; plans and organizes assignments effectively.

Position: Software Engineer
Location: Laurel, MD 20723
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $60.81/Hr on W2
Prefer local candidates. If not, must be willing to relocate at their own costs. Can do skype interview.
Must haves
10+ years of experience
Embedded microprocessor design experience
C/C++
Experience writing unit tests/test plans
Code optimization experience targeted for embedded processors
Nice to have
USB protocol knowledge
Familiarity with IAR IDE
