About this Position:
Repair and maintain equipment and support daily production. Respond to breakdowns and calls to keep production running. Support weekend maintenance repair and PM activities when necessary. Support a reliability-centered maintenance program. Support team activities and contribute your own ideas.
Responsibilities include:
Support department in achieving daily production targets.
Perform daily equipment inspections/checks for abnormal situations.
Document daily equipment-related activities.
Suggest and implement approval ideas that reduce repeat or potential downtime.
Support weekend and plant shutdown activities.
Preventative maintenance and continuous improvement of equipment and tools as required in order to guarantee safety, quality, and delivery targets.
Equipment modifications as required to support business plan initiatives, new model requirements, or other retooling requirements.

Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of three months of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with a 2-year technical degree or a minimum of two years of relevant experience if no degree.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
