Work tasks are physical and include bending, lifting, standing, and walking. Work tasks are repetitive, such as loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds. Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.

Scheduling is based on operational needs. Shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. You will also work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for Call Center Reservationists to join our team for start dates in April, May and June 2025. As a Call Center Reservationist, you are the first line of communication with NOC's guests and delivering NOC's Brand Promise via phone, chat, and email. In this role, you will help guide our guests to the adventure that best suits them, while also listening to their needs and providing helpful solutions to any of their concerns.

In this seasonal position, Call Center Reservationists can usually expect to work 30-40 hours/week. Due to the seasonal demand of our business, we are looking for applicants that are available for a minimum of 3 months and a preferred peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) availability to work 30+ hours per week and maintain weekend availability. This position is eligible for remote work for applicants living in NC, TN, GA, and SC.
Responsibilities
Gain a strong working knowledge of all NOC offerings and locations and/or have the ability to obtain this information using resources provided and communicate this information to guests to enhance their experience
Book and modify guest lodging and activity reservations with accuracy
Handle incoming and outbound calls and chats courteously and efficiently
Develop a rapport with guests to anticipate guest needs to close sales, and capture all possible up‐selling and cross‐selling opportunities to maximize revenue
Collaborate with other NOC departments.
Follow NOC Reservation and Booking Policies
Exemplify and demonstrate NOC's Core Values and Brand Promise

Qualifications
Passion for great guest service and sharing all NOC has to offer

Preferred
Prior experience with customer service, sales, or in a call center
Prior professional or personal experience in outdoor recreation, tourism, or hospitality
Knowledge of NOC's products and locations in NC, TN, SC, and GA
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Comfortable sitting for long periods of time
Comfortable speaking clearly and concisely with guests over the phone and via chat.
Comfortable working with and navigating between multiple software platforms
If working remote, have internet that meets required speed/bandwith and a distraction free workspace
